You will need to demonstrate excellent and extensive customer-service skills supported by the ability to work under pressure.  Effective communication & numeracy skills are essential as is the flexibility to cover staff holidays & absences.  Experience with office IT, word-processing, data handling and web-based systems is essential.  You will be a team-player, conscientious, hard-working and organised.

The role requires excellent customer-facing skills supported by solid administration experience.  A knowledge and understanding of the equine industry is essential.
